Aramid Corner-yarn PTFE Packing with Silicone Core
Braided from special wear-resistant aramid fiber corner yarn and pure PTFE yarn, combining aramid’s wear resistance with PTFE’s self-lubrication and wear resistance. Low friction and high lubricity, stable against acid, alkali and solvent. Good self-lubrication reduces shaft wear while aramid keeps the packing strong and tough; PTFE emulsion impregnation adds corrosion resistance, especially suitable for ash pumps and slurry pumps. The central silicone core provides durable elastic compensation under heavy vibration, axial movement and bounce.
